April 28, 2018: Sylvie Denis at Bay Area Book Festival, Berkeley. She was interviewed by fantasy writer Marie Brennan, whose work Denis has translated.

May 5, 2018: Sylvie Denis at ProArts Gallery in the context of the Imagining Post-Capitalism Festival. She was part of a round table with Keith Hennessy (artist), Praba Pilar (artist), and Andrew Mount (artist/educator) to debate on the theme: "Energy Plan for the Western Man: Art after Capitalism".
